I just read this today: www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5841971/ and am afraid there's another chaos tease in the making: apparently Tokyo has a 90% chance of being hit by a major earthquake in the next few years. Does this sound familiar to anyone? All I know is I'm still waiting for California to fall into the ocean. I guess the one good thing about such announcements is that they inspire a good amount of fear in naturally paranoid people; but unless this fear causes a riot or mass suicide, I honestly wish these earthquake hunters would keep their inexact science to themselves.

I agree, they should just keep this info to themselves. That way, if it happens, it will be a great surprise for us! Like a great movie twist.
"Wow, all this time I was expecting California, and then BAM! Tokyo?! Whaazaa?!?!"
